1 week before your event we will send over a setup checklist as a reference to seamlessly start the event process making sure the normal day-to-day operations are not hindered and we are 100% ready for incremental business the day of the event.
All co-op documents provided for pre-approval to guarantee a smooth final submission, approval and payment.
Facebook campaign test leads ensuring seamless performance.
Direct Mail tracking is emailed to you and uploaded to your client portal.
Postal receipts emailed and uploaded into your client portal as soon as they are signed off by the postmaster.

1 day before your event at a setup time you choose the scheduled setup team will arrive and will facilitate the following:
Meet and Greet
Full detailed inventory audit: Vin Scan, Mileage, Verified Options.
Housekeeping:
Tables and chairs setup
Showroom material displayed
Prize station setup

Kickoff meeting with entire staff.
One-on-one training with PPD Event mangers covering and roleplaying the event steps to the sale.
Sign-in for sale documents & process back-end for your staff
F&I Process: The PPD Event manager will go over dealerships’ requirements for delivery and process to make for a seamless customer experience.

Sales Training: After setup is complete a PPD manager will facilitate dealership staff training the morning of the event with the dealership going over the marketing campaign and directly assisting staff with customers during the event. Training includes:
